REQUIREMENTS: Current license to practice as a nurse in Louisiana. Prefer that staff nurses have at least 1 year nursing experience prior to hire.

Substance Abuse Technician PRN
Nights/Evenings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of the disease concept of substance abuse and addiction. Prefer at least 1 year experience working with substance abuse clients.

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED mandatory.

Licensed Therapist- LCSW, LPC, or LAC
Full Time Position

REQUIREMENTS: Two years’ experience as a licensed therapist in the field of substance abuse treatment is preferred. Only these credentials will be accepted LPC, LCSW, or LAC.

Director of Nursing
Full Time Position

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Leadership, direction, and management of staff which includes nurses, techs, housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Program development and employee training.
  • Directing and conducting care and services to ensure compliance according to regulatory standards.
  • Financial accountability for the Nursing department and Environment of Care.
  • Participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing to problem identification, investigation and monitoring of resolutions in providing quality care and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:
Active Louisiana RN license.

Proven leadership ability with two (2) years of experience in nursing services administration preferred. Documented training and /or experience in a setting providing services to the same age/type of resident population served by this facility. Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate skills related to management, planning and budgeting.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to facility functions. Knowledge of TJC accreditation standard and compliance requirements preferred.
