What’s Included in Continuing Care

Weekly Aftercare Group

Join our free Tuesday evening aftercare meetings at 5:30 p.m. Connect with peers and share your recovery experiences in a safe, encouraging space.

Trac9 Relapse Prevention

Stay focused on your recovery with evidence-based relapse prevention strategies through the Trac9 program.

12-Step Meetings and Community Support

We help you get connected to local AA, NA, and other recovery meetings that match your needs and comfort level.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

For clients who need more structured support, our IOP includes individual, group, and family therapy three evenings a week. We also help coordinate schedules based on your availability.

Local and Out-of-Town Resources
