Victory Addiction Recovery Center (Victory) today announced the election of their Program Director, Kerri Cunningham as the Chairman for The Louisiana Commission on Addictive Disorders. The Commission, of which Ms. Cunningham was appointed to in 2013 by Governor Jindal, is charged with the assessment, evaluation and recommendation of programs and services supported by the Office of Behavioral Health. In addition, the Commission is to act as advocates of addictive disorders services.

(Atlanta, GA) — Summit Behavioral Healthcare, LLC (Summit) today announced the acquisition of Victory Addiction Recovery Center, LLC (Victory) located in Lafayette, LA. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Victory, a residential treatment facility located in Lafayette, LA, is a freestanding addictions treatment center serving adults. Under Summit’s umbrella, Victory will continue to focus on the delivery of high quality client focused treatment services and will ensure that all services meet the needs of our clients, the community and our referral partners.
