Community Forum: Simplicity of Improvement
Improvement comes from a desire to arrive at a different place than we are. Usually when we seek improvement, we tend to overcomplicate things. Simplicity can come to us by focusing not on the end desire, but on the necessary current step. Our Victory Community Forum on Wednesday, November 20th will feature Lance Strother on the topic of the Simplicity of Improvement.
Lance Strother currently serves as Director of Campus Ministry at St. Thomas More High School. He has been coaching football and teaching for over 10 years. He has two inventions, one of which was named ESPN’s next best training aid and honored at two Super Bowl Events. He has also helped in founding the Hopefest Music Charity Festival in 2006, which has since raised thousands of dollars for the poor and disabled.
This seminar is only one of many to come in our bi-monthly community forum that focuses on a different topic every other Wednesday at VARC. This forum on the simplicity of improvement will begin Wednesday, November 20th at 6:00 PM at Victory Addiction Recovery Center. Be sure to register today for this FREE seminar by emailing events@myvictorycenter.com, calling us at (337) 379-7700.
